Revelation Logo Contest

Summary

The original logo has been aging pretty well, but it is time move on to cooler and newer things for Revelation.  This contest is for those creative people out there to do something huge for Revelation (Logos are very important).

The Contest

• Each player can submit up to 3 different logos to the contest for judging. These are the concepts.
• All concepts must be done in black and white.
• Concepts can be a sketch, image, or vector (svg/ai) file.
• Judging will be done by Vasudeva, Stalwart, Anubis and selected others.

Where and How

You must be registered on the Revelation Forums.  Once you have created your concepts, you need to join the Contest Participant usergroup on the forums.

• Login to your forum account and enter your User Control Panel.
• Click the 'Usergroup' tab, and you will see 'Contest Participants', select it.
• At the bottom in the dropdown box, choose 'Join Selected' and hit the Submit button.

You will now have to wait to be approved for the group, which may take up to a day.

Contest Prize

The creator of the concept that is chosen will be rewarded with something unique and the first of its kind ingame.

Contest Deadline

The deadline for the contest is July 9th, 2010. Judging will take place afterwards.

Please Keep in mind

Logos are very important to the identity of games, gaming companies and much of the business world.  Millions of dollars can be spent on doing a single set of logos for a company's identity. It may be that none of the concepts are chosen and another round of the contest has to be held.  The logo will become the identity of Revelation for the next several years, so we have to be very picky. However, if you want to participate for the chance at a great prize give it your best.
