Usage of these Programs and Services indicates that you accept these Terms as stated by Kaldana Studios(Kaldana Studios). Should you (the "User") fail to agree to these Terms, the User is obligated to cease the usage of Services and Programs provided by Kaldana Studios.
Terms of Service. Kaldana Studios reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at our discretion without any prior notice. When using any of the Programs or Services provided, the User is subject to the rules applicable and included wherever specified.
Prohibited Uses. The User agrees to not use any portion of Kaldana Studios or its Programs or Services for any unlawful purposes. The User shall not, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party, to use the Programs, Services, or Kaldana Studios itself for any unlawful purposes. Any fraudulent activities including and not limited to: Unlawful attempt of entry; Systematic attacks; Attempts to interfere or disrupt Services or Programs; Attempts to override or circumvent any of the rules embedded into the systems of Services or Programs; and stealing or distributing Corporate information will be dealt with severely.
Accounts. At all times the User is responsible for the actions and activities of their Account(s), including and not limited to: Usernames, Passwords, Behavior, and Communications within the Services and Programs provided by Kaldana Studios.
Kaldana Studios reserves the right to suspend, terminate, refuse service, and refuse further communication to the User without prior notice.
Programs and Services Content. All content and material available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary right and laws. You are not allowed to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, publish, adapt, edit, or any other appropriate act from such material or content without direct consent from Kaldana Studios.
By posting, uploading, transmitting, or submitting content to Programs and Services provided by Kaldana Studios, you grant all rights including and not limited to reproduction, display, adaptation, distribution, and promotion of content in any location and for any purpose by Kaldana Studios. You also claim that you have sufficient rights to such material, which will be turned over to Kaldana Studios upon approval.
Kaldana Studios is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of external links and images displayed by the Users.
Use of Service and Warranties. Use of this Service and Programs by Kaldana Studios is offered for use at the User's sole risk. The Programs and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Kaldana Studios expressly disclaims all Warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
Liability. Kaldana Studios, Services within, and all Administration are not liable for any individual losses or damages. Under no circumstances shall Kaldana Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the provided Programs and Services.
Other Rights. Kaldana Studios reserves the right to investigate at its own discretion, any activity that may violate this Agreement or engagement in any activity prohibited by this Agreement. In certain or severe situations lawsuits may follow at the discretion of Kaldana Studios.
